Committees

Education & Resources Committee

The education and resources committee works to: provide peer support groups to LGBTQIA+ people and their supporters, educate the public about Queer History, offer trainings for educators, service providers and the public so that they may better meet the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community and building supportive relationships with local schools, GSA's and the  SUNY Delhi Pride alliance.

The Parent and Caregiver Group has a public meet-up once monthly. Group coordinators volunteer to set up meeting locations and create activities for families and youth. Coordinators currently meet as needed, often before or after the monthly meet-up.

The committee oversees the website, social media platforms and outbound email communications.

Community Outreach Committee

Community outreach committee is to connect with other organizations and businesses in Delaware County and the Catskills/Hudson Valley region. The committee is responsible for making these connections and establish ongoing communication with them for potential partnerships and promotions.
